Reservations
Reservations are made through your Spice representative or through our office at Rodney Bay. Bookings should be made a few days in advance to avoid disappointment.
Confirmation & Payment
Full payment is required for confirmation of all excursions at which time you will be informed of the pick-up time from your hotel. Payment may be made in any major or local currency or by Mastercard or Visa.
Cancellation Charges
Cancellation of any excursion within 24 hours prior to departure will result in a 75% cancellation fee for air tours and a 50% fee for any other tour unless another person agrees to take over the booking.
Travel Documents for Inter-Island Tours
A valid passport or a birth certificate is required for all neighbouring islands and travellers from certaincountries may require a visa. Failure to supply the required documents will result in cancellation of tours and the above charges will apply. Please ask your Spice representative for immigration forms at the time of your booking.
Cancellation & Variation of Excursions by Spice Travel
Should any excursion be cancelled by Spice Travel because of weather, mechanical defect or any circumstances beyond the control of Spice Travel, a full refund will be made and this will constitute the limit of liability on the part of Spice Travel. Programmes and itineraries may change as may the type of vessel or aircraft but advance notice will be given whenever possible.
Responsibility
Spice Travel hereby gives notice that all arrangements for transport conveyance or carriage by plane, boat, bus, taxi or any other vehicle during their tours are made upon the express condition that they shall not be held liable by any person participating in the same for injury, loss, damage, sickness, accident, delay or irregularity occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle, aircraft or boat, through the actual default of any servant, agent or any other person engaged in conveying the tour or otherwise in connection therewith nor for any loss, injury, delay, sickness or damage occasioned by such person or their property during their stay in or at any hotel, apartment, guest house or boat howsoever occasioned.
